Health protocol upon arrival

With the enactment of the Circular Letter of the COVID-19 Task Force No. 1 of 2023, the Circular Letter of the COVID-19 Task Force No. 24 and 25 of 2022 were revoked and declared no longer valid.

For individual entering Indonesia are required to fill out health questionnaire and travel record declaration on board. Upon arrival, temperature check and document check will be performed.

To enter Indonesia, you will generally need:

• Valid passport: Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of your arrival and have at least 2 blank pages.
• Visa or Visa on Arrival: Most foreign nationals require a visa to enter Indonesia. You can either obtain a visa from an Indonesian embassy or consulate before your trip or apply for a Visa on Arrival at certain international airports. The specific requirements vary depending on your nationality.

• Invitation letter from the individual or organization directly responsible for the event, detailing the agenda and materials to be presented.
• Company bank account statement showing a minimum balance of $2,000 for the past 3 months.
• Application letter and guarantee.
• Director's ID card.
• Colored scan of the company's articles of association and any amendments.
• Company Business Identification Number.
• Certification of the Decree from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights.
• Company Taxpayer Identification Number
